Recently we purchased a new house and built a large custom covered ramada for a spa and patio set. During our search for a spa we came across Tuff Spa and loved the look and cover. Our salesman told us we could just set the spa on the slab and plug it in. We were a bit skeptical about running the spa on 110V but it works great and we are thrilled with the product. The mocha color looks beautiful in our backyard and we use it almost every day. We bought the larger model and it is really nice to be able to open the cover with only one person. Quality product!

People with cover issues and and people who want a 110v spa are easily converted to sales because the Tuff story makes sense. Customers looking for a price point spa are easily converted to Tuff Spas once they understand the value of the hard top cover. The Platinum line more closely resembles my acrylic line but has the hard top cover so some people who started off liking acrylic quickly become Tuff customers. The thing I like most about dealing with Tuff Spas is that I feel like management really cares about it’s dealers and products.

Tuff Spas is our main line. We only push acrylic if the customer wants a bigger spa that 6.5′ but this is only in the showroom. We only showcase Tuff Spas at our shows. Tuff Spas are an easy product to transport and set up at shows. You can get a smaller booth to showcase the product which helps keep costs down and profits higher. The customer service at Tuff Spas has been exceptional. When a custom ordered upgrade was not as expected and there were a few problems with the location of the jets on our new spa, the folks at Tuff Spas immediately offered to build a new spa for me. I did not have to haggle, fight, or threaten. Customer Service is golden with this company. No one is perfect and sometimes things go wrong, but this company strives to make things right! The manufacturing team patiently spent time with me on the telephone and via email pictures so that they could get the exact measurement on where to install a jet for my neck (not an easy thing to communicate). Everyone has been professional, friendly, and respectful. Tuff Spas also cares enough to hire extremely professional delivery service from Diaz Spa Movers. I love my Tuff Spa! I love that it is always ready to enjoy. 102 degrees is perfect for me. The hard cover makes it super easy to open and close. Minimal maintenance required which is key to my satisfaction! Also the adjustable jets are a nice feature especially for my feet after a long hike. Thanks Tuff Spas! Happy customer since 2002.

Great product and great Customer service!! I called them with questions as I had never owned a spa before (had a pool for 28 years) and they were patient and very helpful. Everyone who has seen it is impressed with the design and how ‘sturdy’ everything is. The upgraded version (more HP and Jets) was not that much more and still WAY less than many spa’s. We love our Tuff Spa! As a retired couple, it was important for us to have a spa that was easy to use and maintain. Our Tuff Spa has been a breeze to operate and maintain. We love that the jets can all be turned on or off and that we can open and close the Tuff Top without struggling. It has been refreshing to have a product that lives up to expectations.

Tuff Spas are what started my company. Home shows are where this product shines. I would say that 50% of the people we sell to were not in the market to buy a spa but once they saw the product and heard the Tuff Story they quickly became customers.
