I’ve sold other hot tubs but Tuff Spas is the only one where I don’t have to worry about anything. They make a great product and have excellent customer service. They give me the ability to sell with confidence because the product is exactly what they say it is. Now they are the only hot tub line that I carry.

Great product and great Customer service!! I called them with questions as I had never owned a spa before (had a pool for 28 years) and they were patient and very helpful. Everyone who has seen it is impressed with the design and how ‘sturdy’ everything is. The upgraded version (more HP and Jets) was not that much more and still WAY less than many spa’s. I’ve owned lots of spas over the years but my Tuff Spa can’t be beat. Lifetime warranty, bomb proof hard top, super easy to own. No TV’s or glitz on this brand, but I didn’t care for that anyway. The simplicity and durability is part of the charm.

We just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful product and support. We are on our third Tuff Spa (multiple houses) and wouldn’t own another spa. The most recent model looks absolutely great in the backyard and is so easy to maintain, but the best part has to be the built-in-cover which my wife can open and close on her own. We enjoy our tub just about each and every night and couldn’t be happier.

The customer service at Tuff Spas has been exceptional. When a custom ordered upgrade was not as expected and there were a few problems with the location of the jets on our new spa, the folks at Tuff Spas immediately offered to build a new spa for me. I did not have to haggle, fight, or threaten. Customer Service is golden with this company. No one is perfect and sometimes things go wrong, but this company strives to make things right! The manufacturing team patiently spent time with me on the telephone and via email pictures so that they could get the exact measurement on where to install a jet for my neck (not an easy thing to communicate). Everyone has been professional, friendly, and respectful. Tuff Spas also cares enough to hire extremely professional delivery service from Diaz Spa Movers. I am also quite pleased with how easy it is to open and close the hard top. After such excellent customer service, I can’t imagine working with any other company. Thank you Tuff Spas!

Recently we purchased a new house and built a large custom covered ramada for a spa and patio set. During our search for a spa we came across Tuff Spa and loved the look and cover. Our salesman told us we could just set the spa on the slab and plug it in. We were a bit skeptical about running the spa on 110V but it works great and we are thrilled with the product. The mocha color looks beautiful in our backyard and we use it almost every day. We bought the larger model and it is really nice to be able to open the cover with only one person. Quality product!

I love my Tuff Spa! I love that it is always ready to enjoy. 102 degrees is perfect for me. The hard cover makes it super easy to open and close. Minimal maintenance required which is key to my satisfaction! Also the adjustable jets are a nice feature especially for my feet after a long hike. Thanks Tuff Spas! Happy customer since 2002.

We love our Tuff Spa! As a retired couple, it was important for us to have a spa that was easy to use and maintain. Our Tuff Spa has been a breeze to operate and maintain. Tuff Spas are what started my company. Home shows are where this product shines. I would say that 50% of the people we sell to were not in the market to buy a spa but once they saw the product and heard the Tuff Story they quickly became customers. This doesn’t happen with any other spa line. We sell another brand and feel that Tuff Spas is a perfect compliment and just adds to our total sales. My favorite part of selling Tuff Spas is how easy of a sale it is because of the uniqueness of the cover and the durability of the material.

Tuff Spas 100% helps me acquire new customers that were never going to buy an acrylic spa. People with cover issues and and people who want a 110v spa are easily converted to sales because the Tuff story makes sense. Customers looking for a price point spa are easily converted to Tuff Spas once they understand the value of the hard top cover. The Platinum line more closely resembles my acrylic line but has the hard top cover so some people who started off liking acrylic quickly become Tuff customers. The thing I like most about dealing with Tuff Spas is that I feel like management really cares about it’s dealers and products.

Tuff Spas is our main line. We only push acrylic if the customer wants a bigger spa that 6.5′ but this is only in the showroom. We only showcase Tuff Spas at our shows. Tuff Spas are an easy product to transport and set up at shows. You can get a smaller booth to showcase the product which helps keep costs down and profits higher. The best thing I like about sell Tuff Spas is the simplicity of the product: Easy to deliver, easy to service, hard cover, no backyard prep. This is my 10th year selling Tuff Spas and there has been nice improvements over the years to keep moving the product forward. I look forward to many more!
